My silly little girl

I thought I would update you on my ever changing daughter. She really cracks me up lately. she is a lot of fun, I am SO glad to have had a girl.
Thanks to my friend Mellisa I found out I can do Haven's HAIR in pigtails and pull up the top so she doesn't look so rag muffin-ish. as you will see in the pictures further down when I didn't do her hair, she has thin fine and short hair, its not easy to do, but I love it in pig tails!

She absolutely loves stuffed and real ANIMALS, she gets a high pitched scream babble when she See's even a picture of them.
She is doing great with her new EARRINGS and not bugging them at all, don't you agree they make her eyes sparkle even more now ? :)
She really likes SHOES. she loves to try on every ones shoes. I find her in my closet all the time. when we walk by shoes in a store she screams and holds out her foot, cuz she wants you to try them on her. ( such a girl)

She loves to SIT on ledges or anything little, she thinks she is just awesome when she does.
she might be tiny but if you don't feed her fast enough she will help herself to the cold cereal boxes. yes she knows how to open the cupboard and cereal box ALL BY HERSELF!
She likes to look pretty and wear "PRETTY" bows and "pretty" necklaces and have you tell her that she is so pretty. She puts one shoulder up and gives you a coy little look and shakes her body back and forth to show off.
She FINALLY has learned to WALK as of a few weeks ago, and she is doing well now.

she has been trying to drop her morning nap so at lunchtime this is what happens
she still loves chocolate like her Grandma Once again she is sitting on a ledge in my cupboard this time. doing something else she loves to do. put her hands up on her eyes and peek out a little bit until you say..."where's Haven??"

The funniest thing she does now is in this video. One day she gave me a dirty look and I laughed so of course she thinks it's funny to do now. And in this video she also shows you she knows what to say to a camera.... CHEESE!!!!! or her version of it CHEEE

Trip to Utah

I was able to go to Utah this week , to see my friends and Brother again, and do all sorts of kid stuff. We got to my friend Mellisa's house on Sunday and decided to let the kids cool off in the backyard in the pool. :Carter ,Kyson, Kaysia and Mellisa's dad.: "weeeee"

The next day we went to the Dinosaur park in Ogden. the kids were SO excited.

they have a sandbox you can dig for dinosaur bones. unfortunately this is where Carters shoes got taken by someone else!! we couldn't find them anywhere.
Tuesday we went swimming
then I decided to make a trip down to Utah county to see my friend Jayme who I haven't seen in 4 years. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of her and her boys, but here is Haven loving the fact that Jayme had some dogs.

Then we got to see my brother Dave and his family again and have dinner. Uncle Dave is always the funnest!!!

I don't have a picture of her but I do have to re pay a compliment to my sister in law Kelly. for some reason her sloppy Joe's were the best I have ever had! and she is a wonderful Interior Decorator! One word I use to describe her is Exquisite!!!

We went to thanksgiving point dinosaur museum.

then on the way home I stopped by an old favorite of Mine and Tim's. It is called Leatherby's, it is a great little Mormon date spot.
With the best dessert, I always get "Amy's hot fudge brownie" their ice creams are named after the original owners kids. As a side note with no pictures , after stopping here for ice cream we drove down the street where I first moved to when I graduated high school and looked at my first apartment Tim and I lived in. I loved living in Salt lake, even the smell of the nasty Jordan river made me miss it!!

Wednesday we went to the Hogle ZOO
they now have a white crocodile, how gross huh?! he is pretty cool but gross looking to me. He is not albino but genetic defect and can't survive in the wild because of the sun and the lack of being able to be a camouflaged predator.

Later that night we went to the mall and ate dinner. we had to have a cheese dog. they are totally UN healthy but once again traditional to have one when we go to a mall in Utah. when Tim and I were dating and I would come up to Salt Lake to see him , we would go get a cheese dog and they have the best lemonade ever!
It is a riot to see them smashing the lemons and mixing it up in the big buckets cuz they have to use their whole body strength and they have to wear the most embarrassing outfits ever!The reason we went to the mall was to get Haven's ears pierced. if you have a boy you probably don't understand why you would put your baby daughter through unnecessary pain, but if you have a girl and are a girly girl you understand.
Haven only cried for about 30 seconds and got a sucker and was fine. It definitely adds a little sparkle to her beautiful eyes now.


I had a great trip but am SO glad to be home to my husband. "Absence makes the heart grow fonder" I missed him a lot and appreciate him more than ever now!!

........Great Weekend

So I feel very loved this whole week! First my Best Friend comes from 7 hours away to visit me. Then my Brother comes from 8 hours away to visit me .
My brother David and his family came to visit for the weekend, and to drive through Yellowstone park. He is a busy Pharmacist and his wife Kelly is 7 months pregnant, so they made a sacrafice to come up to visit, but they made a vacation out of it.
My kids loved playing with David. He helped Haven walk across the grass, and she made him go everywhere. Then Carter got him to play football and soccer outside alot! What a great Uncle they have!

David's son Easton and Carter became pretty good buds considering their 2 year age difference.

I am soo grateful that they came, I had a great time with them!

When my family and friends come all the way up here to visit me it makes me soo happy and makes me feel like living in Montana away from them isnt so bad.

Great Week

So my friend Mellisa came to visit this week . Our husbands are childhood friends. She has 3 kids . Her first is 2 moths younger than Carter, and her name is Kaysia.
We took the kids to the circus the first night. It was the first circus I had been to where it was actually in a circus tent, it was pretty awesome!


They are predestined for Marriage :) Me and Mellisa have decided.
Then we got pizza and went to a park, where they had a blast running/rolling down a big grassy hill.
I actually dont have a picture of her baby, but here the rest of the kids are. They actually played really good for being together for 4 days straight.

Then we went to Bozeman beach. and had a picnic and played in the water..
and burried Kaysia and Carter.
Then they painted rocks...

We had a great time. Thanks for coming up to visit. we Miss you guys!!!
