I can't remember the last time I was this excited to see a movie.

We impulsivley bought a little puppy, isnt he cute!?! Carter named him Vader like DArth VAder He was only 8weeks old and loved to play and chase the kids around.

We are loving the weather and a big back yard to run around in. Unfortunately our puppy cried all night long and would not even try to potty train so we returned him cuz I didnt need more stress in my life!

I dont remember if all one year olds are quirky or not, but Haven definately is! one of her latest ones is that when I read her nighttime books she has to have a blanket wrapped around her and a stuffed animal. It is pretty cute though. Some of her other quirks are sometimes only having ice in her cup, if she sees you put water in it she wont take it. If you are sitting on the couch with her, she prefers to have her own pillow back, you can't be anywhere on it.

We brought out and old witches hat and hair and all tried it on, but Carter wouldnt let me get a good picture and I dont dare post the one of my husband wearing it. its pretty funny though. MIne is not much more dignified though, but I dont really care, I like to be silly sometimes.

Haven has discovered sugar, in any form. she Loves to lick the beaters after I make icing and loves any sort of candy.

Ok now this is soooo funny. Haven loves to pretend to talk on the phone. this video isnt the best because she is kind of hamming it up and fake laughing. but she used to talk all serious and then do this inhale kind of little laugh. but it is still funny.

Yes I had a subliminal message in my last post. I have a little 5th pumpkin! (Esther was the only one to notice) This pregnancy was totally unexpected. I am only on week 5 :( I have a long hard 35 weeks ahead of me. I want this baby just didnt want it right now. But I guess it was meant to be huh.

Pumpkins

I have never been one for cutting and carving pumpkins. getting pumpkin innards up to my elbows just sounds like no fun to me. So for now while my kids are too young to handle sharp objects intentionally, I choose to paint pumpkins. This year i got a pumpkin for EVERY member of my family and painted it like some kind of Halloween Charachter....... Frankenstein,Witch, Devil, Ghost, and a bat with question marks.

Chapter 4 in the Adventures of the Willyerds.... A NEW HOUSE

I never really understood why people would say: "congratulations, that is soo exciting" when they would find out we were buying a house... Now I know why. It is such an awesome experience. Our Happiness outweighed any stress we had with paperwork and closing ( and there was plenty of stress) We just keep finding funny situations that make us say wow we don't have to worry about that anymore cuz this is our house. like we dont have to tell Carter to not jump around and to be quiet because we dont share any walls with our neighbors!!!

Moving makes everyone sooo tired. it was such a pain in the butt because we did it almost all by ourselves with the exception of our bed and washer and dryer. But we hope that it will be the last time we move for atleast 5 years!!

Carter says he loves having a back yard soo much... "so much as tall as our house". :)







It is soo cool to be able to tell the Kids to go play out in the yard and I dont really have to worry too much about them anymore.
there is alot of room to run and play.
We are going to have a great time with the yard!!







The inside isnt really set up the way I want it and there is alot I want to change like paint and curtains but I will post pictures as I go of the inside of my house when all of the boxes are unpacked.
The outside of the house is nothing spectacular to look at. in fact it looks kinda like a big box.But it is OUR big box and we LOVE IT!!! I want to extend the porch and paint the shutters a fun color and I think that will help.

fun activity

I got this idea from baby first tv. Completley safe and fun for kids of all ages! You make a paste with flour and water. glue consistancy.

Then you paint the glue onto paper. *note: the thicker the paper the better, because when this dries it will curl the paper up if it is too flimsy.
you sprinkle on cereal or noodles of any color and choice. Here i made a butterfly.
Even clean up can be fun. just some warm soapy water. It is fun for kids to be able to get messy and you not to have to worry about stains. Just let them explore. flour and water comes out of anything. and if they want to try to eat it that is fine too. they will only try once cuz that is nasty.
we dumped our water out onto the cement where we got some of out "paste" and the kids loved to stomp in the puddle.

Buying our first Home

We bought our first home! We are excited and nervous all at the same time. It feels surreal. We close on Friday and will not have computer access until next week. I will post some pictures at that time. We are moving only a few blocks from where we live now. It is a 3 bedroom home with 2 levels and a nice back yard. I wouldn't call it my dream home because of its design but I would say it has always been my dream to at least have a place to call home.
