Yes I had a subliminal message in my last post. I have a little 5th pumpkin! (Esther was the only one to notice) This pregnancy was totally unexpected. I am only on week 5 :( I have a long hard 35 weeks ahead of me. I want this baby just didnt want it right now. But I guess it was meant to be huh.

fun activity

I got this idea from baby first tv. Completley safe and fun for kids of all ages! You make a paste with flour and water. glue consistancy.

Then you paint the glue onto paper. *note: the thicker the paper the better, because when this dries it will curl the paper up if it is too flimsy.
you sprinkle on cereal or noodles of any color and choice. Here i made a butterfly.
Even clean up can be fun. just some warm soapy water. It is fun for kids to be able to get messy and you not to have to worry about stains. Just let them explore. flour and water comes out of anything. and if they want to try to eat it that is fine too. they will only try once cuz that is nasty.
we dumped our water out onto the cement where we got some of out "paste" and the kids loved to stomp in the puddle.

So much to blog about

Blogging is like keeping a clean house.....You have to keep up on it otherwise it gets overwhelming... right? Well I have alot to post and alot of pictures, but my house is clean atleast :)
We took our first trip camping where we camped all alone without anyone's trailer around or anything. It was alot of fun, and we are looking forward to more. Haven just chilling in her chair eating chips. she is 1 going on 10 :)



p.s. Haven is finally walking with help. she used to just lift up her legs to a sitting in the air position if you tried holding her hands to walk. silly girl.
We bought a new truck. before you start saying jeez with gas prices what the heck are they thinking. Let me tell you ,because my husband works there we got a brand new Toyota Tundra for only $230 a month. and now we have the benefits of a truck...hauling things, camping, and most importantly in montana 4 wheel drive for the winter. we wont be driving it as our main car so we will save our gas as much as possible.
Carter finished off his T-ball season. He had a great time and did really well.
It rained here for almost 2 weeks straight and even snowed the biggest flakes I have ever seen in my life one day. it was crazy. but finally we have just the occasional thunderstorm and beautiful green scenery all around with the hot weather.

Most of you have probably had nice weather as of late also. It has been HOT here actually. I am just realizing we live in an upstairs apartment with no AC :(

But we have been out and about enjoying it. Here are some pics:

OK so I only got 3 guesses, none of them even close.
The picture below is a burnt breadstick. How did this happen? well.........
I showed Carter how to pop popcorn in the microwave by pushing one button that says popcorn on it. Sometimes with my supervision i let him push something for 10 seconds. the other night he wanted to warm up his own breadstick....... FOR 10 MINUTES!!! Tim looked into the kitchen and didnt even see CArter cuz there was soo much smoke in there. it has been a few days and the smell is still in our house, even after cleaining out the microwave. lol

MoNsTeR TrUcK

There was a montstor truck show in town this weekend. And since Tims work (Ressler Motors) sponsered soo much of it, they brought a montstor truck and parked it on the lot for the day.

they were giving away pit passes at his work, NO offense to anyone who has ever been to a monster truck rally and even enjoyed it, but Tim said it brought every red neck in the county out to his lot. unfortunately non of them wanting to buy a car. lol

In fact I would like to have taken Carter to see the show , but the ticket people said they charge full price for everyone including children of every age , to discourage people from bringing little kids because it is soo loud. but we did get to go see it before they loaded it up at Tims work and got to hear its engine.

Oh and I almost forgot. for those of you who know about the movie Transformers. Tims work got a "iron hide" on their lot and his brother actually sold it to a really rich guy who bought it just because no one else would have one. lol Carter had to get a picture by it. In the movie he is black so we told him this one was iron hides gray brother. :)

OH yeah and here I made CArter stand sideways to show off he sweet mohawk. He has been requesting them alot lately since one day I just made him let me try and make his hair stand up. his hair is stick straight and lays forward, and wont even spike without hair gel and the blow dryer.

You may have seen this on the today show or heard about it. but if not then check out this 17 month old that can read!!
It is stuff like this that does one of two things. It can inspire me to be more proactive with my kids. or it can really dicourage me as I realize that it is possible but that I havent accomplished it. eeh.

Box

Do you remember playing in a box when you were a kid? Oh how much fun you can make with a box. It can be soo many different things. a car, spaceship, house,bunker etc... My biggest box memory was turning it into a bank. I was the bank teller while my brothers played Monolpoly!

Carters favorite thing to do in this box is be just a big piece of mail that Tim and I have to deliver to eachother and he pops out. He is the kind of mail you like to get. :)
