Then suck on the cup a little bit.
Then dry off in the towell. :)

what Haven is up to lately

Haven has started doing alot of new things. I forgot how fast they grow up :(
She is sitting up on her own. ...with an occasionaly topple over.



Here she is mid-roll. rolling over.

Here is a funny game she likes to play. she puts the blanket over her face then lets go and gets all excited waving her arms around, then either her or I remove the blanket and she gives a huge smile.
.... And then sucks on the blanket. :)

Getting settled

So this is the new view out my front door. Not too bad of view of the mountains around here.

We are finally all settled into our new place. Every day Tim comes home from work, he says how much he loves our new apartment. It is nice. We live in a 4-plex, on the top. so we do share a wall with our neighbors , but havn't heard a peep from them, and one neighbor downstairs that is hardly ever home.

I have moved Haven out of our room into Carters room. It is only a bit further for me to walk in the middle of the night, but it encourages me to actually 'WAKE UP' and feed her and put her back into her own bed. I am still working on getting Carter to stay in his own. we usually lie down with him until he is asleep then leave but most nights he ends up in our bed in te middle of the night, which causes great back aches for us. any suggestions???

Our mailboxes are just down the street. like an outdoor post office basically. There is a little swing and slide set right by them and a nice neighborhood lake too. It is a fun little walk to go on. I have been going every day while I still can before it starts snowing. We all just bundle up and I walk and push the stroller, and Carter rides his bike or scooter down there for now. But this spring and summer it will be a great outing. The lake also has a little beach. so that will be fun also.

We went to our new ward today also. We are soo excited to start fresh in a new ward. This ward has alot of young families so hopefully we can find some new friends too. Carter starts his new school on Tuesday. I think it will be fun for him. But he still will miss his old teacher from livingston. she was just an amazing teacher, she has huge shoes to fill, and I just dont think the teachers here can do it, but they seem to be good at what they do also.

Cool outside decorations

OK so I know that there are people out there who like to decorate. But this is extraordinary!! This couple decorate the outside of their house and front yard immaculately!! All year long. every holiday especially , but each season/holiday its changed. It is very neat.
